For Sale By Owner · Central Utah
Selling By Owner? I’ll host a free open house for you.
If you’re trying to sell your home yourself, I can help you get more eyes on it — without requiring you to sign a listing agreement with me.
What I’ll do — at no cost
The full open-house package, on me.
You stay the seller. You set the price. You keep your sign in the yard. I show up and do the heavy lifting around the open house itself. Want to get your home ready first? Here’s a free prep guide with three tiers of upgrades — free, low-cost, and bigger spend — plus a morning-of checklist for the day itself.
Host an open house
I’m there for the full window — greeting visitors, walking the home, answering questions about the area.
Feature on my website
Your home gets a spot on summitkeys.org so buyers searching the area can find the open-house details.
Promote on social media
Facebook, Instagram, and my local channels — the same way I’d promote one of my own listings.
Drive local attention
Neighborhood posts, community groups, and word-of-mouth through the buyers I’m already talking with.
Talk with visitors
I’ll answer general questions, share what I know about the market, and treat your home like it matters.
Follow up with buyers
If a visitor isn’t right for your home, I’ll help them keep looking — which is the whole reason I do this.
The honest version
Why would I do this for free?
Open houses bring people in. Some of them love the home and want to write an offer. A lot of them don’t — and that’s where this works for both of us.
Some visitors are just starting their search. Some are curious about the neighborhood. Some are serious buyers who haven’t found an agent they trust yet.
If they don’t buy your home, they may still need help finding another one. That’s the buyer I’m hoping to meet.
You get exposure, promotion, and a professional open house. I get the chance to meet a few unrepresented buyers in the area. Both of us walk away with something real.
Read this twice
No strings attached.
- —This does not make me your listing agent.
- —This does not lock you into a contract with me.
- —This does not require you to list your home with me later.
- —This is simply a free open house and marketing opportunity for your FSBO property.
If after the open house you decide you want help listing, pricing, negotiating, or marketing your home more fully, we can have that conversation. But that is completely your choice — not a condition of me showing up.
