I became a Realtor® because I lived through what bad ones do to families.
Before I ever held a real estate license, I was the buyer. A Realtor® I trusted convinced me the only way to get my offer approved for FHA financing was to spend $7,000 of my own money on inspections and repairs for a house I didn't even own yet. So I did it.
Then more problems surfaced — things the seller had quietly hidden — and I had to walk away from the deal. The seller kept the repairs. I never saw the $7,000 again. My agent shrugged and moved on to the next commission.
It wasn't just the money. It was the feeling of trusting someone with the biggest financial decision of my life and realizing they were never really on my side. That feeling never left me — and it became the entire reason I built this practice.

What I bring to the table.
Operations brain. I came to real estate from a career in operations. Real estate runs on a hundred small details — inspections, deadlines, contingencies, lender coordination — and one missed email can cost you the house or thousands of dollars. Nothing slips through the cracks on my watch. That's the bar.
Dad of four. A house isn't square footage. It's where your kid learns to ride a bike, where holidays happen, where your family becomes a family. When I walk a home with you I'm asking: does this work for your life? Will it still work in five years? That's the question only another parent thinks to ask.
East Coast direct. I grew up out east and moved to Utah. I love it here, but I kept the directness. No fake sales persona, not telling you what you want to hear. Utah is full of nice — I'll be nice and tell you the truth.
Skin in the game. I represent buyers and sellers from first homes in Juab County to luxury estates in Alpine, Highland, and Salem. The price tag changes; the standard of work doesn't. Whether you're spending $400K or $4M, you get the same Realtor® — the one I wish my family had.

On the showing. Not after the inspection. Old systems, drainage problems, school trade-offs, the addition that wasn't permitted — you hear it from me first.

Every deadline, every inspection, every lender deliverable, tracked. I'm the one calling at 4:55pm to make sure the contingency got submitted.

I'll tell you not to buy it.
If the house is wrong, the price is wrong, or the timing is wrong, you'll hear it. The job is to get you to the right home — not just the next home.
